In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" means the r bajie website accessible at r-bajie.club and all associated mobile-optimised pages, sub-pages, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player following completion of the r bajie registration process.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered, and who is at least 18 years of age.
• "r bajie" / "we" / "us" means the operator of the r bajie platform and all associated services.
• "Real Money Balance" means the sum of verified deposited funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spin values, or cashback credits issued to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation of these Terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To access the full range of r bajie's services — including real-money wagering, bonus participation, and the VIP Programme — you must create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the criteria set out below.

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an Account with r bajie, you must at all times:

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the r bajie Platform. The deliberate creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, r bajie reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Winnings generated through a duplicate Account are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. r bajie strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available at no cost to all registered Players. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. r bajie accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

r bajie may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time — including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or where suspicious account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

All financial transactions on the r bajie Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r bajie does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is denominated in BDT prior to initiating any transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. r bajie does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the Player's registered identity, r bajie reserves the right to hold the funds pending verification and, if verification cannot be completed, to return the funds to the originating payment account and suspend the Player's Account.

Deposits are credited to the Player's real-money balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times depend on the payment provider and are typically instantaneous for bKash and Nagad transactions. r bajie accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (i) the Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified; (ii) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled before the associated winnings may be withdrawn; (iii) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified real-money balance; and (iv) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

4.4 Transaction Limits

All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of issue and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated through the completion of wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer is linked to a specific wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x, 30x) which must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each individual bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Maintain accurate, complete, and current personal details on your Account at all times. Notify r bajie promptly of any changes to your registered email address, phone number, or payment method details.
• Keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party wagering activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction governing online gambling and financial transactions.
• Notify r bajie immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected].

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r bajie Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account on the Platform for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating wagers or sharing hole-card information with other Players in live casino or poker formats with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage.

7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, server interruption, or technical error that results in an ambiguous or unresolvable game outcome, r bajie reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the Players' Accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. r bajie is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a game interruption caused by technical failure outside of its reasonable control.

r bajie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where r bajie determines in its reasonable judgment that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected to have occurred, or where Account closure is required for regulatory, legal, or responsible gaming reasons.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by r bajie

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Detection of multiple Accounts registered by the same individual.
• Use of prohibited automated wagering systems or collusion with other Players.
• Chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player in relation to a legitimate Platform transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Player is under 18 years of age, pending documentary verification.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to restrict the Player's access to the Platform.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Effect of Termination

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to definitions, dispute resolution procedures, and limitations of liability) shall continue to apply following the termination of your Account.
